WHAT DOES IT TAKE TO CONDUCT A GOOD AND SUCCESSFUL INVESTIGATION?
What does it takes to do a proper investigation? The first rule of thumb, is dedication and diligence. There are many aspects of a good investigation that must be considered. It is not just going out and documenting results. There are the interviews with the present and prior occupants and owners. As well as interviewing the neighbors family and friends. One of the most time consuming jobs for any good researched investigation is the obvious, researching all that you can dig up.
Researching, an investigation is very time consuming and is a major part of any good investigation. It consists of many long hours at the library, going through old newspaper archives, city hall or town hall records etc. It is finding any and all facts no matter how large or small.
Combining these things with some other important factors to make up a good investigation it is now time to try and put the pieces of the puzzle together to hope that you get just a quarter or more of the puzzle put together. If you can do this your investigation documentation was a success.
